Such entrants will be able to conclude an agreement on obtaining an education within three months after the start of their studies.

The application of benefits for residents of particularly dangerous areas will be determined in the spring of 2023, taking into account the situation in Ukraine.

It should be recalled that the Ministry of Education and Science, together with the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, presented a model of conducting a national multi-subject test, based on the results of which the competitive selection of applicants for higher education in 2023 will take place.
