Procedure for Participating in the Erasmus+ Academic Mobility Program Competition
Step 1. Contacting the Graduating Department
- The student contacts their graduating department to request consideration for participation in the program.
- The department compares the academic disciplines of the Ukrainian educational program the student is enrolled in with the program at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
- If the disciplines align:
- The department prepares two official memos (according to the list of documents for mobility) and informs the dean's office about the need to issue a transcript of records (academic performance statement).
Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, and the dean's office has not issued an academic performance statement, i.e., students who do not have supporting documents confirming the possibility of credit transfer, will not be admitted to the English language test.
Step 2. Preparing Personal Documents

- Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF);
- Scan copy of international passport (1st spread, PDF);
- Passport-sized photo (.jpg);
- English language proficiency certificate (if available).
- Motivation letters will be checked for plagiarism and AI usage. It is forbidden to submit the same letter for multiple mobility programs.
- Documents not prepared in accordance with the requirements will not be accepted.
Step 3. Submitting Documents
The package of documents is submitted simultaneously in electronic and printed form through the graduating department to the International Relations Office (room 213-C).
Email address for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua
