On April 8, 2020, the Department of Welding Production Technology and Equipment of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University held the distanced summarizing conference of All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition in Welding. The competition commission consisted of 23 teachers from different higher education institution of Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Kamianske, Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Lviv, Poltava, Ternopil, Mariupol, Kherson, Chernihiv, Mykolaiiv, Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk. They reviewed 86 submitted articles and chose the winners.
Oleksii Lytviak’s, group 301NH, article written with Assistant Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering and Technologies Andrii Manhura as academic advisor was ranked third in the list of winners.
