“Of course, today’s masters will have to work hard on their pedagogical skills, the ability to keep the audience’s attention, master the latest pedagogical techniques, learn to manage their own psychological state, develop a style and manner of teaching. All this comes with years of experience. Congratulations to our undergraduates on their successful pedagogical debut!” – commented the Head of Practice, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation of Poltava Polytechnic Liudmyla Cherednyk.

In general, scientific and pedagogical practice plays a significant role in the process of practical training of specialists in the specialty “029 Information, Library and Archival Affairs”, in the process of passing it the knowledge of higher school pedagogy is deepened, practical skills to develop scientific and methodological analysis of work programs of certain academic disciplines are developed and consolidated, skills of drawing up lesson plans are honed. The integration of general and professional education on the basis of pedagogical activities significantly increases the motivation to acquire knowledge and the formation of relevant competencies, becomes a powerful incentive to update the content of education in general. I am sincerely happy for the first serious successes of our students; they have everything ahead of them!” – emphasized Doctor of Historical Sciences, Head of the Department of the Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation, Professor Iryna Perederii.
