Application Procedure for the Erasmus+ Credit Academic Mobility Programme

Step 1. Contacting the Graduating Department

The student contacts their graduating (degree-granting) department requesting consideration of their eligibility to participate in the credit mobility programme.

The department reviews and compares the curriculum of the Ukrainian educational programme the student followed with the course offerings of the respective institute at TTK University of Applied Sciences (TTK UAS) for the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

If the course list and content align, the department prepares two official memorandums (in accordance with the established mobility document list) and submits a formal request to the Directorate of the Educational and Research Institute to issue an academic transcript of records.

Students who do not receive the two official memorandums from their department and the transcript of records from the Institute Directorate (i.e., candidates lacking written confirmation of the feasibility of learning outcomes recognition and transfer) are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Step 2. Preparing the Personal Document Dossier

The candidate compiles the application package:

• 2 official memorandums from the graduating department;

• Academic transcript of records (grade transcript covering the entire period of study);

• Scanned copy of the international passport (personal data and photo page, .pdf format);

• Standard European CV (Europass CV in English with an up-to-date photograph, up to 2 pages in .pdf format);

• Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, .pdf format);

• Passport-size photograph (.jpeg format);

• Language certificate confirming B2/C1 proficiency level (if available).

Please note: motivation letters are subject to mandatory verification for academic plagiarism and unauthorised use of artificial intelligence. Submitting identical motivation letters to multiple competitive selections is strictly prohibited.

Step 3. Document Submission

Submit the document package simultaneously in electronic and printed form through the graduating department to the International Relations Department of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” (Room 213-C).

Submission email address: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua

We will not consider documents submitted after the deadline or those that do not comply with the formal requirements.
