By combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, he offers effective approaches to improving key managerial skills and strategies for effective team interaction. According to him, self-leadership is the highest form of leadership qualities and the ability to continuously improve oneself by overcoming weaknesses and laziness.

Cultivating personal virtues is the first step toward true leadership. As the trainer emphasized, “Leadership is the ability to recognize and value the abilities of other people, motivating them to reach new heights. If you think you are leading people but they are not following you, then in reality you are simply walking alone.” Participants actively engaged in dialogue and shared their ideas on developing leadership qualities. Attendees provided their own examples of interaction with true leaders and spoke about their first experiences in this field. During the seminar-training, students of Poltava Polytechnic demonstrated a high level of English proficiency, which enabled them to communicate directly with the speaker and participate in discussions. The event received many positive reviews; participants noted not only the trainer’s high professionalism but also the importance of the topics raised for personal growth.
The team of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” is proud that our educational community makes a significant contribution to shaping future leaders. We nurture a new generation capable of inspiring and leading others.
