Scientists of Polytechnic are invited to take part in an international event at the Romanian partner university “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu

A partner of Poltava Polytechnic, “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, invites the academic staff of the university to take part in X International Week, which will be held on May 20-24, 2024 in Sibiu (Romania). Online and offline participation is possible, the application deadline is 1 May, 2024.

A partner of Poltava Polytechnic, “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, invites academic staff of our university to take part in X International Week, which will be held on May, 20-24, 2024 in Sibiu, Romania. The large-scale international event is dedicated to sustainable cooperation in education, research and innovation. You can take part in the event both offline and online.

The key issues to be discussed at the event include international competences, trends in economic globalisation and internationalisation of higher education institutions, cross-border education at universities, research and innovation transfer, green transition and sustainable development, equality and quality of higher education.

Those willing to join the X International Erasmus+ Week are invited to give 1 or 2 lectures on the aforementioned topics for students, master’s students, doctoral students and teachers.

The language of the lectures is English.

“Taking part in workshops, seminars and discussions within the framework of the international Erasmus+ weeks allows academic staff of higher education institutions to get acquainted with innovative teaching methods, best practices and the latest trends in education. Interaction with teachers from different countries and professionals from different professions opens up wide opportunities for cooperation, exchange of ideas and future partnerships.

Participants in such events have the opportunity to learn about different educational systems, teaching approaches and the latest techniques that promote personal growth and professional development. Recently, the Fulbright Academic Exchange Programme was presented at Polytechnic, and Polytechnic took the first place in the uniRank University Ranking-2024 among the universities of Poltava region.

It should be noted that students of Poltava Polytechnic have the opportunity to study abroad under the grant programmes of credit academic mobility for a semester or a whole academic year at the leading universities of Austria, Greenland, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Finland, and the Czech Republic.
