The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine draws attention to the fact that several Telegram channels and Facebook pages have recently appeared that partially or fully use the official brand book graphics of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to illustrate their own messages. The content of these posts does not correspond to reality, contains manipulations or intentionally distorted information.
Attention entrants! All reliable information on the issues of the 2022 admission campaign is posted only on the official websites of the Ministry of Education and Science, UCEQA, EDEB, SE "Inforesurs", UDCMO and their verified pages in social networks.
For example, in Telegram there is the "Vstup info" ("Admission info") channel that uses the logo of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and positions itself as the only information channel regarding the admission campaign – 2022, but this source has nothing to do with the Ministry.
Signs by which you can easily recognize fake content expressing the pseudo-official position of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine:
- fully or partially falsified logo of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- only part of an official letter, without signature, date and QR code;
- links to unofficial resources (mostly other Telegram channels);
- official logos of the Ministry of Education and Science in the texts of messages belonging to the competences of other state institutions;
- information with terms that are not used by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in official documents;
- the logo of the MES for the announcement of webinars and online conferences for improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers, where it is needed paying for a certificate, etc.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine does not cooperate in projects with organizations that provide paid educational services and does not carry out advertising activities.
Previously, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine will hold an All-Ukrainian seminar for specialists in the field of education "Physical Culture", a webinar on the effective use of educational online platforms, and a Chabot for entrants has been launched on the website of the MES.
