Procedure for Participation in the Erasmus+ Internship Program (for students)

Step 1. Contact Your Department

The student contacts their home department to inquire about participating in the internship program.

The department reviews the possibility of sending the student for an internship and, together with the student, develops a work plan for the master's thesis.

Following this, the department prepares two official memos (in accordance with the mobility documents list). It informs the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogical Education of the need to issue an academic transcript.

Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, and the Dean’s Office has not provided an academic transcript, i.e., students who do not have supporting documents for the possibility of recognising learning outcomes, will not be admitted to the English language test.

Step 2. Preparation of Personal Documents

The student prepares the following documents:

  • CV in English (PDF format with photo, max 2 pages).
  • Motivation Letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF).
  • Scanned copy of your international passport (1st spread, PDF).
  • Passport-sized photo (.jpg).
  • Master’s thesis work plan (signed by the academic supervisor and Head of Department).

Motivation letters will be checked for plagiarism and for AI-generated content. Submitting the same letter for multiple mobility programs is prohibited.

Documents not prepared in accordance with the requirements will not be accepted.

Step 3. Submission of Documents

The complete set of documents must be submitted simultaneously in electronic and printed form through your home department to the International Relations Office (Room 213-C).

Email for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua

For your information: In 2025, participants in the Erasmus+ mobility program at the Polytechnic University of Porto (P.PORTO) from Poltava Polytechnic included 7 professors, 2 specialists from the International Relations Office, and 5 translation students.
