Participation in the international credit academic mobility programme opens up tremendous opportunities for prospective professionals:

Key Terms and Conditions of the Programme
• Mobility period: Spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year (duration – 4 months).
• Number of grant places: 5 scholarships.
• Financial support: monthly Erasmus+ grant scholarship of EUR 1,050 + travel expense reimbursement (in accordance with the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator rules), fully covering living, meals, transport, and leisure expenses during the study period.
• Target audience: 2nd–5th year undergraduate (Bachelor's) and graduate (Master's) students of the relevant study fields (Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law; Educational and Research Institute of Information Technology and Robotics; Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy).
• Language of instruction: English (certified B2/C1 proficiency level).
• Candidate requirements: high academic standing (no academic failures or retakes), high foreign language proficiency score (based on testing), motivation, and an active civic stance.
• Accommodation: all selected participants are provided with accommodation in the university student dormitory.
• Application deadline: October 16, 2026.
• Foreign language proficiency testing: all registered candidates must take a mandatory English language proficiency test (written and oral parts).

Step-by-Step Procedure for Participating in the Erasmus+ International Credit Academic Mobility Selection
Step 1. Contacting the Degree-Granting Department
The student contacts their degree-granting department to request consideration for participation in the programme.
The department compares the curricula and courses of the Ukrainian study programme in which the student is enrolled with the credit academic mobility curriculum at the “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia.
If the courses are compatible, the department prepares two official memorandums – containing information on the candidate and regarding the course credit transfer (in accordance with the mobility document checklist) – and notifies the institute directorate or dean's office to issue an academic transcript (transcript of records).
Students for whom the department has not issued the two official memos and the dean's office/directorate has not provided the academic transcript – that is, students who lack supporting documentation on the feasibility of course credit recognition – will not be admitted to the English language proficiency test.
Step 2. Preparation of Personal Documents
The student prepares the following documents:
• 2 official memorandums from the degree-granting department;
• academic transcript (transcript of records);
• scanned copy of the international passport (first spread/data page, PDF format);
• CV in English (PDF format with photo, maximum 2 pages);
• motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF format);
• passport-sized photo (.jpeg);
• certificate of foreign language proficiency (if available).
Motivation letters are screened for plagiarism and AI use. Submitting identical motivation letters for multiple mobility vacancies is strictly prohibited.
Step 3. Submission of Documents
Submit the application package simultaneously in both electronic and hard-copy formats through the degree-granting department to the International Relations Department (Room 213-C).

By submitting application documents, candidates confirm that they have read and understood the Regulations on the Procedure for Exercising the Right to Academic Mobility by Higher Education Applicants, Scientific Degree Candidates, and Academic Staff of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” and commit to adhering to its provisions.
Male students aged 18 to 22 (full-time Bachelor's degree programme) are eligible to cross the state border to participate in academic mobility, subject to compliance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 366. The International Relations Department provides consultations on compiling documents for border crossing.
