On May 23, the Poltava Regional Center for Scientific and Technical Creativity of Student Youth of the Poltava Regional Council held a remote regional competition in robotics in 2022. The winner of the competition was Ivan Ilnytskyi – a disciple of the club “Robotics” of the Poltava City Center for Extracurricular Education on the basis of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”.
At the competition, Ivan presented the project “Robotic platform for remote sensing of explosive devices”. Project Manager – Associate Professor of the Department of Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications Oleksandr Laktionov. The main idea of the project was to develop a robotic platform, based on the famous designer TETRIX MAX and programmable controller EV3, to remotely investigate the presence of explosive objects.
National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” supports the development of scientific creativity of young people. Sittings of the club “Robotics” are systematically held on the basis of the training center CyberRoboLab under the agreement between the university and the Center for Extracurricular Education of Poltava City Council.
