Within the celebration of the 90th anniversary of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, and the week of ERIGEM in particular, the academic staff of the Public Administration and Law Department held a range of interesting events for the students of Education and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management.
Doctor of Economics, Professor, Deputy Head of Public Administration and Law Department Volodymyr Hryshko prepared a congratulation video, in which he wished that the teachers and the student body of Poltava Polytechnic have further innovative development and be ready to face the modern challenges of globalization. He emphasized the scientific achievements and students’ victories and prospects, as the main rule of Public Administration and Law Department is the harmonious combination “public administration + law + business = strategic partnership”.
Scientists held an economic and law informative event titled “Cyber Police Guarantees”, in which the representatives of cyber police, first-year students of the specializations “Economic Cybernetics” and “Law”, students of Poltava schools – more than 50 people in total – took part in the event. The speaker was Oleksandr Vedmidskyi, Head of Cybercrime Counteracting Department of Cyberpolice Department of National Police of Ukraine, Poltava Region.
Within the Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership signed with National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, the specialists of the cyber police join holding educative and scientific events on legal topics. Students of higher education institutions and schools, and everyone who is interested can join the events.
The students of the specialization “Law” joined the flashmob “Why I chose my specialty: law, public administration, business administration, economics”. They filmed videos about the advantages of the chosen profession and the field that they are going to work in.
The guest lecture titled “Municipal Administration in Poland” was delivered by Head of the Polish Commune Gromadka, Professor Dariusz Pawliszczy for the students of Education and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management of Poltava Polytechnic. The professor also spoke with the students of our university in spring, discussing the municipal administration in Poland and the opportunities for developing the communities.
The department held a giveaway of tickets to the cinema on its Instagram page among those who took part in the quiz “Right for education in the European Union Countries”.
The academic staff of Public Administration and Law Department of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” invited secondary education institutions, professional education institutions, state government and scientific bodies to cooperation in science and education.
