"We hold our front: we work, we thank and support the Armed Forces!

The staff of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" transferred almost 300,000 hryvnias to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

At a meeting of the Academic Council of the University, the team decided to increase the list of types of assistance that the university and each employee individually provide to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Hundreds of colleagues supported my initiative and wrote applications for deductions in the amount of one-day earnings.

In general, the amount of financial assistance provided to the Armed Forces is much higher, since from the first day of the war all employees made individual donations, participated in charity events, sent money for the purchase of necessary things and equipment, etc. I cannot but note the activity of student self-government and the work of the volunteer headquarters.

Thank you all for your active civic and patriotic position!

My "covid" thousand, win a charity auction, transfer from salary, donations for the purchase of special equipment also became part of the defense capabilities of our army.

We believe in defenders!

Our warriors are the best!

Glory to Ukraine!

Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" – commented Rector Volodymyr Onyshchenko.

It should be recalled that Mykhailo Serdiuk, a student of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", is a Thai boxer, the current champion of Ukraine who put up for a charity auction his armor from the European Championship to support the fundraising for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and affected Ukrainians. Rector Volodymyr Onyshchenko bought the lots and transferred them to the University Museum of Sports Glory.

A charity concert of artists of the Poltava Regional Philharmonic was recently held at the Polytechnic, and the Poltava Polytechnic also provided humanitarian aid to the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
