The results of the ranking of the most popular institutions of higher education uniRank University Ranking (4 International Colleges & Universities)-2022 have been published.
This ranking is non-academic, but is formed by independent international uniRank experts according to the following criteria:
- the institution has a charter, license or accreditation of the relevant Ukrainian higher education organization;
- the institution conducts training at least at bachelor's level, and preferably at master's level, postgraduate level and doctoral level;
- the institution conducts classes mainly in the traditional, face-to-face, non-distance learning format.
Thus, experts compile a "non-academic league table of the best universities" based on valid, unbiased web metrics provided by independent web intelligence sources rather than the universities’ data. According to the authors of the rating, this approach is designed to help applicants, students, teachers and scientists assess the general popularity of the university.
The first place in the Poltava region is confidently occupied by the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic". In total, this year the ranking includes 185 Ukrainian universities, among which Poltava Polytechnic took 44th place, i.e. it is included in the TOP-50 best universities of Ukraine:

It should be recalled that Poltava Polytechnic took first place among Poltava universities in the Webometrics ranking and was recognized as the best Poltava multidisciplinary university.
Previously, the Poltava Polytechnic became the only university of the Poltava Region, which was included in several of the most influential international rankings over the past year.
