From May 9 to 13, 2022, as part of the cooperation agreement between the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" and the State Audit Service of Ukraine, 229 employees of the SAS of Ukraine and its regional structures underwent training under a special short-term training program "Execution of work and control in construction".
"Assessing the damage caused by the enemy and planning the reconstruction of Ukraine requires professionals and specific knowledge, which our scientists have. For the second time, the academic staff of the university conducted professional development course. I sincerely thank the head of the State Audit Service, Hennadii Plis, for his cooperation and state approach to eliminating the consequences of Russia's armed aggression related to the damage to buildings and structures. We share such a responsible approach and participate in the training of highly qualified personnel. The training is organized at a high level and achieved the expected result, for which I personally thank my colleagues. Thus, I am happy to congratulate the participants of the professional development program on receiving a document certifying the successful completion of the training. I am sure that during the training process there was a mutual enrichment of experience and an exchange of up-to-date practices.
Auditors and specialists in the construction sector have a lot of work ahead of them on objects damaged or destroyed as a result of emergency situations, hostilities or terrorist acts. I wish the specialists further success and use the knowledge gained for the benefit of Ukraine!" – congratulated on the successful completion of studies Rector Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
"We plan to continue cooperation on specialized short-term professional development programs and on working on methodical regulatory documents," – said Director of the Department of the Construction Sector Control of the State Security Service of Ukraine Roman Bokhin.
The compilers of the program are scientists of Poltava Polytechnic – Ph.D., professor, head of the Department of Construction and Civil Engineering Oleksandr Semko; Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Construction and Civil Engineering of the Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Management Olena Filonenko; Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Marketing of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law Kseniia Chychulina. Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Construction and Civil Engineering Andrii Dmytrenko and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Highways, Geodesy, Land Management, and Rural Buildings Volodymyr Ilchenko were also involved as coaches.
The program covers seven important and relevant topics, in particular, quality control in construction, documentary confirmation of the quality of the work performed during the object construction, determination of the technical condition of buildings and edifices, peculiarities of construction and repair work under martial law.
Previously, the State Audit Service of Ukraine involved Polytechnic scientists in the discussion of financial control in the field of construction, employees of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Poltava City Council, the Poltava City Department of Land Resources and Land Cadastre, and the Department for Registration took professional development courses.
