CONCEPTION OF DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING

Conception of department is quality training specialists in accounting and taxation for enterprises, auditing companies and budgetary structures.

Our students obtain knowledge and skills in accounting, auditing and taxation to be prepared as qualified specialists for employment as public accountants, managerial accountants, government accounts, internal auditors, tax consultants.

3 STEPS for obtaining professional success and high paying job   1. Choose a specialty “Accounting and taxation” and obtain the Master diploma. 2. Get international certificate of proficiency in English (IELTS/TOEFL/APTIS), and international certificate of proficiency in accounting (CAP/CIPA, ACCA). 3. Work as well paid accountant or auditor in international company.

BACHELOR DEGREE

First cycle of higher education

Main knowledge and course titles:

- organizational and business knowledge (microeconomics, macroeconomics, economics of enterprises, mathematical methods & models in economics, economic analysis, management, marketing, money & banking, economics of labour & labour relations, international economics);

- information technology knowledge (informatics, information technologies in accounting & auditing);

- accounting and accounting-relating knowledge (theory of accounting, financial accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, accounting in banks, government and not-for-profit accounting, accounting in foreign countries. accounting of small business, accounting of enterprises in branches of economy, finance, taxation, law, auditing, financial control).

Every year practice.

Standard length of bachelor programme - 4 years (240 ECTS credits).

The degree gives access to a master study programmes.

MASTER DEGREE

Second cycle of higher education

Main knowledge and course titles:

- organizational and business knowledge (strategic analysis, financial analysis, global economy, social responsibility of business);

- information technology knowledge (automation of accounting);

- accounting and accounting-relating knowledge (financial reporting, organization of accounting, accounting in enterprise managing, tax law, reports of enterprise).

Master degree practice

Standard length of master programme – 1,5 years (90 ECTS credits).
