TRUST brings together a university, a mental health institution and civil society organisations from six European countries to support people affected by the war in Ukraine. The project connects art therapy approaches, adult education, international exchanges and creative activities that offer opportunities for expression and support within a community.
Implemented through Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education, TRUST runs from 2024 to 2027. Partners develop educational resources, deliver practical sessions and international meetings, and create documentary and artistic outcomes. Respect for human dignity, cultural identity and each participant’s individual experience guides this work.
National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” represents Ukraine in the consortium and connects international cooperation with the needs of the Ukrainian community. The university contributes educational content, delivers local art therapy activities, organises professional exchanges and involves staff and students in international learning programmes.
This section introduces TRUST’s objectives and partners, the university’s contribution, reports on completed activities, the e-book and the education programme. Artworks and performances provide a further space in which Ukrainians’ personal stories contribute to a European dialogue about solidarity, support and recovery.
