Procedure for participating in the competition for the Erasmus+ academic mobility program
Step 1. Contacting the graduating department
• The student applies to the graduating department with a request to consider the possibility of participating in the program.
• The department compares the academic disciplines of the Ukrainian educational program in which the student is enrolled with the BIP program at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences (Estonia).
o If the disciplines align, the department prepares two internal memos (according to the list of mobility documents). It informs the dean’s office that a grade certificate (academic transcript) is needed.
Students for whom the department has not prepared two internal memos, and the dean’s office has not prepared an academic transcript – meaning those students who do not have supporting documents regarding the possibility of transferring learning outcomes – are not allowed to take the English language and mathematics testing.
Step 2. Preparation of personal documents
The student prepares the following documents:
• CV in English (PDF format with a photo, no more than 2 pages);
• Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF);
• Scan of the international passport (1st spread, PDF);
• Passport-sized photo (.jpg);
• English language proficiency certificate (if available).
Motivation letters are checked for plagiarism and AI use. It is not allowed to submit the same letter to multiple mobility programs.
Documents that are not formatted according to the requirements will not be accepted.
Step 3. Submission of documents
The document package is submitted simultaneously in electronic and printed form through the graduating department to the International Relations Department (Room 213-C).
Email for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua.
