Procedure for Applying for the Erasmus+ Credit Academic Mobility Program

Step 1. Contacting the Major Department

The student contacts the Major Department to discuss the possibility of participating in the program.

The department compares the academic disciplines of the Ukrainian educational program the student is enrolled in with the program at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava for the I (Autumn) semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

If the disciplines are consistent, the department prepares two official memos (per the mobility documents list). It notifies the Dean’s Office of the need to issue a transcript of records (academic performance statement).

Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, and the Dean’s Office has not issued a transcript of records – i.e., those without supporting documents confirming the possibility of credit transfer – will not be admitted to the English language test.

Step 2. Preparation of Personal Documents

The student prepares the following documents:

  • CV in English (PDF format with a photo, max 2 pages).
  • Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF).
  • Scan copy of passport (first spread, PDF).
  • Scan a copy of the ID card (Passport of a citizen of Ukraine).
  • Transcript of records.
  • Certificate of enrollment.
  • Scan copy of high school diploma with supplement (for Bachelor’s students) or Bachelor's diploma with supplements (for Master’s students).
  • Passport-size photo (.jpg).
  • Scan a copy of the student ID card.
  • Certificate confirming English language proficiency (EF SET).

Motivation letters will be checked for plagiarism and AI usage. Submitting the same letter for multiple mobility programs is prohibited. Documents not prepared in accordance with the requirements will not be accepted.

Step 3. Submission of Documents

The set of documents must be submitted simultaneously, in electronic and hard-copy formats, via the issuing department to the International Relations Office (Room 213-C).

Email address for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua.
