• If the disciplines match, the department prepares two official memos (according to the list of documents for mobility). It informs the directorate/dean's office about the need to issue a transcript of records.
Important! Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, and the directorate/dean's office has not issued a transcript of academic performance, i.e., those students who do not have supporting documents for the possibility of recognising the learning outcomes, are not allowed to take the English language test.

• Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF);
• Scan copy of international passport (1st spread, PDF);
• Passport-sized photo (.jpg);

Motivation letters are checked for plagiarism and AI use. It is not permitted to submit the same letter for multiple mobility programs.
