Procedure for participating in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program competition

Step 1. Contacting the graduating department

• The student contacts the Department of General Linguistics and Foreign Languages with a request to consider participation in the program.

• The department compares the curricula of the Ukrainian educational program the student is studying with the program at Leibniz University Hannover, where mobility is planned.

• If the disciplines match, the department prepares two official memos (according to the list of documents for mobility) and informs the dean's office about the need to issue a Transcript of Records.

Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, and the dean's office has not issued a certificate of academic performance, i.e., those students who do not have supporting documents for the possibility of recognizing the learning outcomes, are not allowed to take the English language test.

Step 2. Preparation of personal documents

The student prepares the following documents:

• CV in English (in PDF format with photo, no more than two pages);

• Motivation letter in English (up to 1 page, PDF);

• Scan copy of the international passport (1st spread, PDF);

• Passport-sized photo (.jpg);

• English language proficiency certificate (if available).

Motivation letters are checked for plagiarism and AI use. It is not permitted to submit the same letter for multiple mobility programs.

Documents not formatted according to the requirements will not be accepted.

Step 3. Submission of documents

The package of documents is submitted simultaneously in electronic and printed form through the graduating department (Department of General Linguistics and Foreign Languages) to the International Relations Department.

Email address for submission: interoffice@nupp.edu.ua
